Françoise Bindelle
Françoise Bindelle is the founder and the Director of FB Wealth Consulting, a belgian based consultancy company which specialises in several activities. Apart from classical Family Office activities the company is mainly active in the off market Commercial Real Estate investment opportunities in Europe but also promotes its business in other areas in the world (ie. Middle East, South America…).
Françoise was an investment consultant conducting a mission of trust for 25 years as a single Family Officer. She gained her experience in Wealth Management and Commercial Real Estate transactions by operating both at national and international levels. She is now a multi-disciplined Senior Executive and Entrepeneur with an accomplished track record in Real Estate investment, Investment Banking and facilitation for projects funding including industrial projects and infrastructures development, as well as Market Scouting for Investment Projects and funds raising. She interacts with industry players often at Board level.
Benefitting from her experience she now offers her know how and assists her mainly institutional and corporate clients (builders, insurance companies, developers…) but also HNWIs in sourcing off the market Commercial Real Estate opportunities or projects. She accompanies the clients from the first walk-through up to the very signing of the contracts and will assist them every step of the way.
Françoise in reknown for finding solutions in complex transactions where her facilitation skills are essential in reaching the objectives of all parties. She is constantly striving to exceed her personal best.
